Driver Cum Salesman

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Driving & Vehicle Safety

- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly as assigned.
- Maintain valid driving licence and follow all traffic and safety regulations.
- Keep the vehicle clean, neat and in good condition.
- Check basic vehicle condition before starting daily duties and report any issues immediately.

1. Sales & Customer Handling

- Approach customers professionally and understand their requirements.
- Explain company products, features and basic offers to customers.
- Support the Sales Team in generating enquiries, leads and sales.
- Maintain proper communication and follow-up with assigned customers.
- Assist customers during test drives and ensure proper safety procedures are followed.

1. Customer Service

- Maintain a polite, professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Ensure customers receive proper assistance during visits, test drives and delivery-related activities.
- Collect customer feedback and report customer requirements or complaints to the concerned Sales Manager.

1. Vehicle Movement & Delivery

- Transport vehicles safely between showroom, customer locations, registration offices, service/workshop and other assigned locations.
- Support vehicle delivery activities and ensure vehicles are delivered in a clean and proper condition.
- Handle vehicle documents and delivery-related materials responsibly.

Sales Support

- Support showroom activities, outdoor sales activities, promotional activities and customer visits.
- Assist in collecting and submitting required documents from customers when assigned.
- Support the team in achieving sales and customer-service targets.

1. Vehicle & Document Responsibility

- Maintain proper care of company/customer vehicles while under responsibility.
- Ensure keys, documents and other company materials are handled safely.
- Immediately report any accident, damage, traffic violation, vehicle issue or loss of documents to the management.

1. Daily Reporting

- Maintain a proper daily activity report, including vehicle movements, customer visits, test drives, enquiries and other assigned activities.
- Report daily activities and pending work to the Sales Manager.
- Follow the company's prescribed procedures and reporting system.

1. Discipline & Company Standards

- Maintain proper uniform, grooming, punctuality and professional behaviour.
- Follow showroom discipline and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Management when required.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
