Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to prepare accurate architectural, interior, and construction drawings based on project requirements and design concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D architectural, interior, and construction drawings.

- Develop plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.

- Prepare furniture layouts, flooring layouts, ceiling plans, and other interior drawings.

- Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams.

- Incorporate revisions and modifications based on design and site requirements.

- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards.

- Prepare detailed drawings for site execution and fabrication.

- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, and technical details.





- Maintain proper drawing records and document revisions.

- Assist the project team with technical drawing requirements and site clarifications.

Requirements

- 2–8 years of experience as a Draughtsman, preferably in Interiors, Architecture, or Construction.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is an advantage.

- Good understanding of architectural and interior construction details.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Positive knowledge of dimensions, materials, and construction methods.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
