Speech & Drama Trainer

Location: Central Line, Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full time

Work Mode: On-site

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: Between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, depending on school schedules

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging Speech & Drama sessions for school students across different age groups.
- Train students in voice modulation, expressions, storytelling, improvisation, body language, and stage presence.
- Plan interactive activities, role-plays, theatre exercises, and performances.
- Prepare students for Annual Days, showcases, stage performances, and other school events.
- Coordinate rehearsals, scripts, performances, and student preparation with the school and Gyansthan team.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, Drama, English, Education, Mass Media, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in Speech & Drama, theatre, or performing arts preferred.




- Prior experience preparing students for Annual Days, showcases, and stage performances will be strongly preferred.
- Experience working with school students across different age groups is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling regularly across Central Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong command over spoken English.
- Good understanding of theatre, storytelling, voice modulation, expressions, and stage performance.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Creative, energetic, expressive, and confident while working with children.
- Ability to effectively train and prepare students for performances and showcases.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
