Requirements

Core Technologies

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Experience in developing scalable enterprise applications and RESTful APIs.

Kafka Messaging

- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including Producers, Consumers, Topics, Partitions, and Consumer Groups.
- Experience with Kafka Streams and event-driven architecture.
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kafka performance.

Architecture

- Experience with Microservices Architecture, SOA, and distributed systems.
- Understanding of scalable and high-availability application design.

Cloud DevOps

- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control systems.

Databases Frontend

- Solid experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
- Exposure to front-end technologies/frameworks such as React is an added advantage.

Testing

- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest.
- Knowledge of automated testing and deployment practices.

Qualifications:



Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Implementation Delivery

- Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Agile projects and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
- Design and implement scalable event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka for real-time messaging and integration.

Leadership Coordination

- Act as Technical Lead and coordinate with an 8-10-member offshore Scrum team.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Architects, and client stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to development teams.

Technical Excellence

- Lead system architecture, technical design discussions, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Manage Kafka-based messaging solutions including topic design, producers, consumers, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
