Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Developer with over 15 years of experience in

.NET development, particularly in AI Spec-driven development (SDD). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core and be proficient in various technologies including SQL Server, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and NoSQL databases, with a preference for Couchbase. This role requires a deep understanding of GitHub-based development workflows and a strong capability in both C# and Python. Experience in Transportation

Management Systems (TMS) and existing knowledge of RXO domain will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and

related technologies.
- Implement AI-assisted development practices to enhance software development

efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them

into technical specifications.
- Utilize SQL Server, Elasticsearch, and RabbitMQ for backend development and

data management.
- Work with NoSQL databases, particularly Couchbase, to optimize data storage and

retrieval.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and best

practices.




- Manage version control and collaboration using GitHub, ensuring smooth workflows

and integration.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously

improve development processes.

Mandatory Skills

- Proficient in .NET Core development.
- Strong experience in AI Spec-driven development (SDD).
- Expertise in SQL Server and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with RabbitMQ for messaging and communication.
- Proficient in NoSQL databases, with a preference for Couchbase.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub-based development workflows.
- Proficient in C# and Python programming languages.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Existing knowledge of RXO domain.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on .NET

technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
