Role & responsibilities

Required Skills:

- 5-12 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core / Web API / Entity Framework Core.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Blazor.
- Strong experience with AWS.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong SQL Server or PostgreSQL experience.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, CQRS, Repository and Mediator patterns.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and distributed teams.

Healthcare Domain Expertise Robust experience in US Healthcare Provider domain is preferred,



including:

- Provider Credentialing
- Provider Directory
- Provider Network Management
- Provider Roster Management
- Provider-Payer Contracting
- Healthcare Data Exchange

Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as:
- FHIR R4 / Provider Directory APIs
- HL7 v2
- X12 / EDI 270/271, 837P
- CAQH / PECOS integrations

AI-Assisted Engineering Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as:

- GitHub Copilot
- Claude Code
- Cursor
- Other equivalent AI coding assistants
