About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with solid hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, APIs, and modern application development.As a senior engineer, you will take ownership of key development areas, translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and contribute across the entire software development lifecycle. You will work in a fast-paced Agile engineering environment alongside developers, testers, product owners, and other stakeholders. Beyond core coding, you will contribute to technical design, production troubleshooting, release management, sprint planning, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

- Development & Architecture: Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and MVC. Build scalable, secure REST APIs and robust data access layers using SQL and Entity Framework / NHibernate.
- Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, maintainable, testable, and high-quality production code. Develop comprehensive unit tests following TDD/BDD practices where applicable.
- Agile Leadership: Participate actively in Program Increment (PI) planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story estimation. Break down user stories into technical tasks and define acceptance criteria.
- DevOps & Cloud: Support application releases, deployment activities, and root-cause analysis for production issues. Work with Docker/Podman containers, AWS services, and CI/CD / DevSecOps pipelines.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with cross-functional engineering teams and external partners.



Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Tech Stack: Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and MVC.
- API & Database: Deep understanding of RESTful API design, SQL, relational databases, and ORM tools (Entity Framework / NHibernate).
- Software Design: Solid grounding in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and clean software architecture.
- Containers & Cloud: Hands-on experience with Docker/Podman, containerized environments, and AWS services.
- DevOps & Testing: Good understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, Unit Testing, TDD, and BDD.
- Web Fundamentals: Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, sprint execution, and stakeholder communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience designing and developing cloud-native .NET microservices and distributed application architectures.
- Hands-on exposure to automated build, test, security scanning, and deployment pipelines.
- Experience with production monitoring, secure coding practices, and conducting technical interviews.
- Prior experience collaborating directly with Product Owners on feature refinement.
- Familiarity with responsible, AI-assisted development workflows and coding tools.
