Required

- 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years building enterprise applications with C# and

.NET.
- 3+ years serving as a hands-on technical lead while remaining actively involved in coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and delivery.
- Deep knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, asynchronous development, dependency injection, testing, and modern .NET practices.
- Hands-on AWS development experience across serverless, containers, APIs, storage, databases, monitoring, identity, and secrets.
- Experience implementing event-driven systems using EventBridge, SNS, SQS, queues, or comparable messaging technologies.
- Extensive experience developing and consuming REST APIs, SOAP web services, and enterprise application interfaces.




- Robust experience with ODBC connectivity, SQL, relational databases, and production data integrations.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, observable, highly available distributed systems.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, deployment support, and production incident response.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers through hands-on collaboration.
- Experience using AI-assisted and agentic programming tools responsibly within the software development lifecycle.

Preferred

- AWS Developer, Solutions Architect, or comparable cloud certification.
