Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Domestic Ticketing Executive to handle domestic airline reservations, ticket issuance and post-ticketing activities. The candidate should have practical knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre and be capable of independently managing bookings and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic flight reservations and ticket bookings.
- Check flight availability, schedules, fares and applicable fare rules.
- Create and maintain accurate PNRs.
- Issue domestic air tickets through GDS and airline portals.
- Handle ticket cancellations, refunds, reissues, revalidation and date/sector changes.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and explain applicable penalties, restrictions and baggage allowances.
- Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, special requests and booking-related issues.
- Handle customer queries through calls, email and other communication channels.
- Ensure accuracy of passenger names, travel dates, sectors,



fares and ticket details.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, cancellations, refunds and ticketing transactions.
- Handle urgent and last-minute booking requirements.
- Follow airline policies, GDS procedures and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Operations teams regarding payments and refunds.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; Travel & Tourism/IATA qualification will be an advantage.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in domestic air ticketing/travel operations.
- Hands-on experience in Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre GDS.
- Good knowledge of PNR creation and ticketing procedures.
- Strong understanding of fare rules, cancellation, refund and reissue procedures.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good computer/MS Office skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.

Preferred: Candidates with strong hands-on Amadeus experience and airline/travel-agency ticketing exposure. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
