- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable .Net applications using C#, ASP.Net Core, and related technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers, fostering a team-oriented and high-performing environment.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their applicability to Techwave's projects.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of current team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
