Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Domain Trainer – Guest Service Executive to deliver quality training to candidates under the DDU-GKY project. The trainer will be responsible for providing theoretical and practical knowledge related to guest services, hospitality operations, customer handling, and professional conduct in the tourism and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training as per the prescribed DDU-GKY curriculum and training schedule.
- Provide theoretical and practical training related to the Guest Service Executive job role.
- Train candidates on guest reception, greeting, communication, and customer service.
- Explain hotel and hospitality operations, guest handling procedures, and service standards.
- Provide training on check-in/check-out procedures and basic front-office operations.
- Develop candidates' communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, role plays, activities, and assessments.
- Monitor candidates' learning progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, training reports, and other required documentation.
- Ensure candidates follow professional grooming, hygiene, discipline, and workplace etiquette.
- Prepare candidates for employment and industry requirements.




- Coordinate with the Centre Manager and other project staff regarding training-related activities.
- Support candidates in developing interview skills and workplace readiness.
- Ensure training is conducted effectively and according to project quality standards.
- Participate in internal assessments, inspections, events, and other DDU-GKY project activities as required.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality and guest service operations.
- Ability to conduct practical and interactive training sessions.
- Good command of Hindi; basic English communication skills preferred.
- Good classroom management and candidate-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to work as per the DDU-GKY training schedule.

Qualification & Experience:

- Relevant qualification in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Tourism / Travel & Tourism or a related field.
- Relevant industry and/or training experience in the Tourism & Hospitality sector preferred.
- Experience in guest service, front office, hotel operations, or hospitality training will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
