Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Temenos Domain Consultants with robust expertise in Temenos banking products and proven experience across Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Development, Integration, Testing, and Solution Delivery. The candidate will play a key role in digital banking transformation programs, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable Temenos solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Temenos Development & Configuration

- Configure and customize Temenos Transact (T24) modules.

- Develop and maintain routines using InfoBasic, Java, TAFJ, or related Temenos technologies.

- Build APIs, OFS interfaces, and integration solutions.

- Support migration, upgrades, and Temenos version implementations.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure development best practices.

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Define test strategy and test scenarios based on business requirements.

- Prepare and review SIT, UAT, and regression test cases.

- Coordinate defect management and resolution activities.

- Validate end-to-end banking workflows and integration testing.

- Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary liaison between business users, Temenos teams, and technical teams.

- Provide functional and technical guidance to project members.

- Support project estimations, planning, and delivery governance.

- Mentor junior consultants and analysts.

Business Analysis

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments.





- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

- Provide domain expertise in retail, corporate, payments, lending, deposits, and treasury banking processes.

- Support product demonstrations, solution assessments, and business process
- optimization.

Technical Analysis

- Analyze existing banking systems and define integration requirements.

- Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, and data mappings.

- Collaborate with architects to define Temenos solution architecture.

- Review customization requirements and recommend best-fit Temenos solutions.

- Ensure adherence to Temenos implementation standards and banking regulations.

Skill Requirements

Temenos Expertise

- Strong experience in Temenos Transact (T24).

- Hands-on experience with TAFJ/TAFC environments.

- Knowledge of OFS, EB APIs, Integration Framework, and Temenos Data Hub.

- Experience in Temenos upgrades, migration, and implementation projects.

Banking Domain Knowledge

- Core Banking Operations.

- CASA, Deposits, Loans, Lending.

- Payments, SWIFT, SEPA, ISO 20022.

- Customer Lifecycle Management.

- Treasury and Trade Finance (preferred).

Technical Skills

- InfoBasic Development.

- Java, SQL, UNIX/Linux.

- APIs, REST/SOAP Services.

- Middleware and Integration Platforms.

- Database concepts and performance tuning.

Testing Skills

- SIT, UAT, Regression Testing.

- Defect Management Tools (JIRA, ALM).

- Test Planning and Execution.

- Banking process validation.

Other Requirements

10 years of overall IT experience.7 years of experience in Temenos Transact (T24) implementations/support.Experience across BA, TA, Development, and Testing functions.Exposure to at least 2-3 full Temenos implementation or transformation programs.Experience working with global banking clients.
