Domestic Technical Recruiters & Account Managers (C2H Specialists)We are looking for experienced Domestic Technical Recruiters and Account Managers who excel at identifying top technical talent and aligning it with both project needs and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring and hands-on experience working with Big Four MNC clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT requirements.
- Handle C2H hiring mandates with a solid focus on contract-to-permanent conversion.
- Source niche and senior technical profiles using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals like Naukri.
- Work closely with delivery and account teams to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and client expectations.




- Maintain high-quality candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience: 1-12 years in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Client Exposure: Must have prior experience working with Big Four MNC clients (mandatory).
- Recruitment Model: Strong expertise in C2H staffing.
- Geography: Only Domestic Recruitment experience is acceptable. US/International recruitment experience will NOT be considered.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- 5 days working
- Only F2F interviews are considered.
- 9:00am to 6:00PM.
