What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment

Hands-on experience in End-to-End IT Recruitment

Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals

Strong Boolean Search & Candidate Screening skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills





Ability to close positions within defined timelines
