Role Description The Domain Architect – Accounting & Tax will be responsible for designing and evolving the architecture of TMF Group’s accounting and tax domain, ensuring that systems and processes support business objectives and regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role, based in Bengaluru/Pune, involves collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts to translate functional needs into scalable, secure, and efficient architectural solutions. Day-to-day activities include assessing current systems, defining target architectures, guiding solution design,



and maintaining architectural standards and governance across projects in the accounting and tax domain.

The role also includes analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and global technology strategies.

The Domain

Architect will provide architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, contribute to roadmaps, and support implementation teams with technical oversight and documentation.

Qualifications

- Domain expertise in Solution Architecture and Technical Architecture relevant to accounting and tax systems.
- Strong background in Enterprise Architecture and experience aligning domain solutions with broader organizational technology strategies.
- Ability to analyze and design Business Processes, with a focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and control within accounting and tax services.
- Solid understanding of Information Technology foundations, including system integration, data management, security, and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience working in global or multi-jurisdictional environments, ideally within professional or financial services.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) or solution design are an advantage.
