Key Responsibilities

- Brand Compliance & Design: Design and produce high-quality corporate presentations that strictly adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Asset Management: Oversee electronic file maintenance and manage digital asset repositories efficiently.
- Project Execution: Deliver all assigned projects accurately, within committed deadlines, and tailored to specific client requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Proactively identify and escalate any discrepancies in client-supplied data to the Project Coordinator or Client Manager for swift resolution.
- Stakeholder Communication:



Maintain transparent communication by continuously monitoring feedback and proactively alerting project managers to any potential timeline delays.
- Process Compliance: Consistently adhere to standard operating procedures, workflow guidelines, and strict print security and physical access protocols.
- Image Editing (Bonus): Perform digital image illustration, advanced retouching, and color correction as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 0 to 1 years of relevant professional experience in presentation design or graphic design.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and a strong working knowledge of standard image file formats (PNG, JPEG, GIF, EPS).
- Design Expertise: Exceptional layout and presentation skills, backed by a strong foundation in conceptualization and color theory.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and execute projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability: Highly flexible and adaptable, with a track record of consistently delivering high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Robust communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and client managers.
- Additional Software (Bonus): Familiarity with animation software (e.g., Adobe Flash/Animate) is considered an added advantage.
