Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Document Controller with 5 to 8 years of experience in Industrial Projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage project documents, drawings, and records in a systematic manner.
- Ensure proper document control processes, including issuance, tracking, revision control, and archival.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams for document flow and approvals.
- Maintain document registers and prepare periodic status reports.
- Ensure timely distribution of project documentation to relevant stakeholders.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with document management procedures.
Required Skills
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Document Controller in Industrial Projects.
- Solid knowledge of document management systems and document control procedures.
- Experience in handling engineering drawings, technical documents, and project records.
- Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
