From Grupo Cuñado, a multinational company leader in the distribution of pipes, fittings and valves, we are looking for a Document Controller in Chennai.

nFunctions will be:

n
- Documentary management of projects with clients and suppliers.
n
- Co-ordination with multiple departments to get the required documents as per customer specification for on time submission.
n
- Elaboration of final quality dossiers to be sent to the client.
n
- Management of certificate claims with suppliers.
n
- Claims to suppliers and customers, to have the documentation in time and form.
n
- Management of documentation generated by customers and suppliers in collaboration with Activation Technicians.
n
- Should Create, track and handle a document database.
n

nRequirements for the position:

n

n
- High level of English (test will be done)
n
- High level of MS Office.
n
- Experience in a similar position for at least four years in Oil, Gas & Chemical sector related to Valves.
n
