Job Overview

Document Control & Production Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Document Control & Production Support Engineer to join our team on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in engineering documentation, PLM systems, BOM management, change control, and production support.

? Position Details

Job Title: Document Control & Production Support Engineer

Employment Type: Full time

Experience: 3–5 Years

Education: Diploma / Engineering – preferably Electronics Engineering

? Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage all Engineering Document Control activities.
- Handle Part Number creation, BOM management, Change Orders, Change Requests, Deviations, and FA Reports.
- Perform production data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Create and maintain block diagrams and flow diagrams.
- Gather, organize, and maintain material datasheets.
- Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs)



and resolve their queries promptly.
- Work hands-on with PLM systems; experience with Arena PLM is an added advantage.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams for timely project handover to production.
- Maintain accurate engineering and manufacturing documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

⭐ Good to Have

- Experience creating Manufacturing Assembly Instructions (MAI).
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for label design.
- Knowledge of test jigs.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite, particularly part number creation.
- Experience in manufacturing/production documentation and processes.

- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn new tools and processes.
