Job Objective: -

One of the objectives is to create thermal design of products used for Commercial Vehicles. Thermal design calculations, New concepts feasibility study, and benchmarking of thermal products, Current technology product design launch through focused design review with cross functional team, and concept validation by Testing. Another objective is to provide design support for finance and testing at customer end as well as support for resolution of field issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Product Design of Commercial Vehicle Air Conditioning System, Electric Vehicle Thermal system.
- Basic knowledge of SAP MM module, BOM, Team center, CATIA, Electric Components and Testing.
- Standardization of thermal design calculations, component selection, system performance calculation and optimization.




- Understanding of relevant design standards and standardization of designs.
- Design review, DFMEA, DRBFM etc.
- Design drawings and Bill of material review and release for Part Development.

• Planning and execution of products and parts level testing.

Functional / Technical skills

- Products design and integration with System validation
- Product knowledge of Evaporator, Heaters, Radiator, condenser, Chiller, Fan & blowers, Radiator fan, Instrumentation and control etc.
- Knowledge of Basic Refrigeration and Air conditioning, HVAC, Heat transfer and thermal Engineering
