Deputy Manager – Accounts payable Department – MIS Reporting

Generation of Exception report ( Pending invoices / Request , Pending payments )

Reconciliation of Vendor Trade payable data and submission of report on monthly basis .

Handling month-end closing process activities, expense provisioning and Variance reports monthly / quarterly / yearly .

GL scrutiny and submission of Expense Variance Reports for Cost Analysis.

Purchase order monitoring and analysis .

Keeping the records of all transactions of Inter-Corporate Deposit , Repayments , Exposure Limits , MIS, Records for Financial Reporting and Audit.

Releasing monthly Expenses Dashboard for senior management .

Enhancement and automation of expenses Management.

Coordination with statutory auditors / internal auditors .
