Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day IT support operations and infrastructure management.

- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, VLANs, Firewalls, and VPN connectivity.

- Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/O365, and Azure environments.

- Implement IT security controls, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint security measures.

- Monitor backup operations, conduct periodic restore tests, and ensure business continuity.

- Manage IT incidents, escalations, root cause analysis, and timely issue resolution.

- Oversee IT asset inventory, software licensing, warranty tracking, and lifecycle management.

- Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs, and third-party vendors to ensure optimal service delivery.

- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and audit records.





- Lead and mentor IT Executives and Service Desk teams while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, and IT Operations.

- Robust knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

- Hands-on experience with IT security, backup solutions, and vendor management.

- Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
