We are looking for an experienced DLP & EDR – L3 / Cyber Security / Endpoint Security professional with strong hands-on experience in Netskope DLP and CrowdStrike EDR.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting endpoint security and data protection solutions in a 24x7 production support environment, including security incident investigation, troubleshooting, monitoring, policy management, and escalation handling.

The ideal candidate should have strong and recent hands-on experience with both DLP and EDR technologies, particularly Netskope DLP and CrowdStrike EDR.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3-level technical support for DLP and EDR security solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot Netskope DLP policies, incidents, alerts, and configurations.
- Manage and troubleshoot CrowdStrike Falcon EDR alerts, detections, policies, and endpoint-related security incidents.
- Investigate and analyze DLP and endpoint security alerts.
- Perform incident analysis and support remediation activities.




- Identify security threats, suspicious activities, and endpoint-related incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring security incidents.
- Work on security policies, exclusions, exceptions, and tuning as required.
- Monitor endpoint security events and take appropriate actions based on severity.
- Support containment and remediation of endpoint security incidents.
- Coordinate with L1/L2 teams for escalated security incidents.
- Work with infrastructure, network, application, and other security teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain incident documentation, technical reports, and RCA documents.
- Participate in change implementation, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Follow defined security processes, SLAs, and escalation procedures.
- Provide support in a 24x7 production environment with rotational shifts.

Mandatory SkillsNetskope DLP
- Strong hands-on experience with Netskope DLP.
- Experience in DLP policy configuration and management.
- Experience investigating DLP incidents and alerts.
- Understanding of data protection and data loss prevention concepts.
- Experience with policy tuning, exceptions, and troubleshooting.

CrowdStrike EDR
- Strong hands-on experience with CrowdStrike EDR / Falcon.
- Experience investigating endpoint detections and security alerts.
- Knowledge of endpoint threat detection and response.




- Experience with endpoint incident investigation and remediation.
- Good understanding of endpoint security concepts.

Mandatory Experience
- 8–10 years of total IT/Security experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with both EDR and DLP within the last 3 years.
- Candidate should currently or most recently have worked at L2 level or equivalent.
- Strong practical experience with Netskope DLP and CrowdStrike EDR.
- Relevant experience in Cyber Security / Endpoint Security.
- Good communication and incident-handling skills.
- B.Tech or equivalent technical qualification.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
- Candidate must be willing to work 6 days a week from the Jogeshwari, Mumbai office.

Certifications Candidates with relevant certifications are preferred:
- Netskope DLP Certification
- CrowdStrike / CrowdStrike Falcon Certification

Good to Have
- Experience in enterprise endpoint security environments.
- Experience handling critical security incidents.
- Knowledge of security incident response.
- Experience working with L1/L2/L3 security operations teams.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Compensation

Up to 10 LPA

Compensation will be based on the candidate's interview performance, relevant skills, experience, and overall suitability for the role.

Important Note

We are specifically looking for candidates with recent and genuine hands-on experience with both Netskope DLP and CrowdStrike EDR.

Candidates with only generic SOC, Cyber Security, Antivirus, or Endpoint Security experience without hands-on Netskope DLP and CrowdStrike EDR exposure may not be considered.
