Role Description The Divisional Merchandise Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving merchandising strategy and performance for assigned categories or divisions. This role oversees assortment planning, inventory levels, and product lifecycle management to ensure the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time.

Manager collaborates closely with design, production, sales, and buying teams to align collections with market trends, customer preferences, and business goals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing sales performance, managing replenishment, optimizing stock turns, and preparing merchandising reports and forecasts. The role also involves vendor coordination, pricing and margin analysis, and supporting customer-facing teams with product knowledge to help maximize sales and profitability.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present merchandising plans clearly.
- Customer Service and Sales skills to understand buyer needs, support account management, and drive revenue growth.
- Inventory Management and Assortment planning skills to optimize stock levels, product mix, and category performance.
- Experience in merchandising, buying, or category management within apparel, fashion, or retail environments.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting, forecasting, and margin analysis.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of global fashion trends and an interest in sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices.
