-BC / Kiosk Banking

-Field Sales / Retail Sales

Key Responsibilities:-

-Manage district-level sales, operations and revenue targets.

-Establish and manage BC points for HDFC Bank, SBI, CBI, BOB & BOM.

-Drive AEPS, Loan, Insurance, Retail & E-Education business.

-Manage VLEs through regular field visits, audits and business support.

-Coordinate with Government/District Administration and business partners.

-Expand market presence and achieve assigned business targets.

Requirements:-





-Robust knowledge of the assigned district and GPs.

-Excellent communication skills in Odia, Hindi & English.

-Strong field-sales and partner-management skills.

-Ability to work under pressure and take ownership.

Computer knowledge and willingness to travel within the assigned district.
