Qualification- Minimum Graduation and above (with computer Knowledge)

Locations- Cuttack, Keonjhar, Dhenkanal, Kendrapada, Jajpur Nayagarh, Mayurbhanj, Bhadrak,Boudh,Sonepur,Bargarh Sambalpur, Koraput,

Sal- Up to 3.80lacs @ PA (it will be negotiable)

Benefits- Fuel (Rs, 5 @PK), Monthly Incentive, Company CUG, (Project related incentive also be there)

For Exp:- Minimum 3 to 4yr experience in Fintech Field Sales or Insurance, E-Governance, core Insurance and Banking Sales, kiosk Banking etc.

Key Deliverables

1. Should have in- depth knowledge on his own District and GPs.
2. Fintech profile is preferable for the candidates.
3. Spreading, AEPS, Insurance Sales, Banking product Sales, BC onboarding, Retail sales and Govt. liaison and partner management.
4. To Established the assigned numbers BC points for the for HDFC Bank, CBI, SBI, BOB,JIO payment Bank BC
5. Must have worked under sales pressure.
6.



Candidate should have positive communication skills. ( Odia, Hindi, English)
7. Should have market updated skill and interest to take challenges as Area manager for assigned areas.
8. Managing sales, operation and focus to achieve Revenue as per company assigned.
9. Spreading E-education sales, Govt liaison with District administration.
10. Work under pressure and take ownership for all projects of the assigned area.
11. Visit to the VLE point, audit and motivate VLEs for business achievement and revenue generation.
12. Need to have Self-discipline and proactiveness for quick action and deliver as per company expectation.
13. Preference will be given if candidates have prior experience in Banking and financial service.
