Job Summary

Responsible for managing the timely and accurate movement of

Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG)

while ensuring proper documentation, inventory control, safety, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily dispatch and material movement activities.

- Coordinate movement of raw materials,Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG) between stores, production,warehouse, subcontractors, and customers.

- Verify item code, quantity, batch/lot number, quality status, packing, and identification before movement/dispatch.

- Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of dispatch documents such as Delivery Challan, Invoice, Packing List, Gate Pass, E-way Bill, etc.

- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, loading, and timely delivery.





- Supervise loading/unloading and ensure secure handling and proper securing of materials.

- Maintain accurate ERP/WMS transactions and physical inventory records.

- Ensure proper segregation and traceability of accepted, rejected, hold, rework, and returned materials.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales, Finance, Stores, and Logistics teams.

- Monitor dispatch errors, shortages, damages, and delays and take corrective action.

- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance wherever applicable.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the dispatch area.

- Manage dispatch manpower and ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions.
