Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch planning & scheduling with the logistics operations team.
- Collaborate on supply chain optimization strategies.
- Ensure timely warehouse pickups and deliveries through transport operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and transport partners for smooth dispatch operations.
- Track dispatch status and ensure timely execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Valuable coordination and communication skills
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of logistics, dispatch & supply chain operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications
- Prior experience in dispatch/logistics/operations will be an advantage
