- Sales invoice booking and dispatch-related documentation.

- Preparation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note).

- Preparation and booking of Credit Notes.

- Coordination with transporters for vehicle placement and material movement.

- Coordination with Stores, Accounts, Production and other concerned departments.

- Prepare and maintain packing lists, delivery challans and dispatch records.

- Track dispatches and ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain transporter records and dispatch-related MIS in MS Excel.

- Ensure accuracy of material, quantity and documentation before dispatch.

- Handle transport-related delays and follow up for timely delivery.

- Prepare qualified emails and maintain proper records.

- Candidates with experience in fabrication, structural steel, engineering or manufacturing industries will be preferred

Experience - 2- 3 yrs

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
