Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to plan and coordinate daily dispatches, ensuring accurate documentation, loading, and timely shipments. The role involves coordinating with warehouse, stores, transporters, and internal teams while tracking deliveries and maintaining dispatch records.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per customer and business requirements.
- Prepare and verify Dispatch Orders, DCs, Gate Passes, invoices, and other required documents.
- Ensure correct SKU, quantity, barcode, stickers, and packaging before dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse, stores, transporters, and internal teams for timely dispatch.
- Plan vehicle loading and ensure proper utilization of vehicle capacity.
- Ensure all dispatches are completed within the defined SLA/TAT.
- Track dispatched shipments and coordinate with transporters for delivery updates.
- Verify loading against the dispatch documents to avoid shortages, excesses, or wrong shipments.
- Maintain daily dispatch records and prepare dispatch reports.




- Ensure proper handover of documents to transporters/drivers.
- Follow up on PODs and pending deliveries and maintain records.
- Handle dispatch-related issues and escalate discrepancies to the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and compliance with warehouse safety procedures.

Qualification Experience

- Qualification: Graduate / HSC or equivalent.

- Candidates with experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG warehouse operations will be preferred.
