Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day dispatch activities of finished goods.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams for timely dispatches.
- Verify product details, batch numbers, quantities, packaging, and documentation before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for vehicle arrangement and shipment tracking.
- Ensure goods are dispatched according to approved sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all inward/outward dispatches and shipment details.
- Monitor pending and completed dispatches and provide regular updates to concerned departments.
- Handle customer-specific dispatch requirements and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of products before shipment.
- Maintain dispatch-related reports and records in Excel/ERP.




- Follow company SOPs and ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical/nutraceutical/cosmetic dispatch procedures.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical manufacturing will be preferred.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or a related role.
- Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics coordination.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and transporters effectively.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Batch No., Mfg. Date, Expiry Date, Quantity, and product documentation.
- Experience with ERP-based dispatch processes.
- Good understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare dispatch reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
