Purpose of Job : As the Dispatch Incharge at Techno Control, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and productive coordination of our operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the dispatching of materials, equipment, and personnel to various job sites, while also maintaining a high standard of communication and organization within the dispatch department.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience

2 to 5 Years proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the technology

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Coordination:

Efficiently coordinate the dispatching of materials, equipment, and personnel to job sites, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project schedules.

Resource Allocation:

Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs, taking into account factors such as distance, traffic, and urgency of requests.

Communication:

Maintain clear and open communication channels with project managers, field staff, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that dispatch activities are aligned with project requirements and deadlines.

Inventory Management:





Oversee inventory levels of materials and equipment in the dispatch department, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to support ongoing projects.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that dispatched materials and equipment meet the required standards and specifications.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols in the dispatching of materials and equipment, prioritizing the health and well-being of employees and contractors.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery schedules, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the dispatch department and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Skill

· MS Office, ERP

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

· Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as dispatch management systems and inventory tracking software.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in logistics and dispatch operations.
