We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our trucking and logistics operations team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with drivers, monitoring vehicle movements, maintaining dispatch records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor trucks and drivers using GPS and fleet tracking software.

- Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, pickups, deliveries, schedules, and delays.

- Track vehicle movements and provide timely updates to the operations team.

- Maintain daily dispatch, tracking, fuel, and route records.

- Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Google Sheets.

- Perform data entry, calculations, sorting, filtering, and report preparation in Excel.

- Work with multiple computer software applications, web-based systems, and browser tabs simultaneously.

- Update and verify information across dispatch and tracking systems.

- Check unit numbers, mileage, fuel transactions, route information, and trip details.

- Follow up with drivers regarding missing or incorrect information.

- Report tracking, software, and operational issues to management.

- Communicate with drivers and the operations team through phone, email, WhatsApp,



and computer-based systems.

- Ensure all dispatch records and reports are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

- Must be comfortable working with Excel formulas, spreadsheets, sorting, filtering, calculations, data entry, and reports.

- Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.

- Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple software applications simultaneously.

- Ability to learn and use new dispatch, tracking, fuel-management, and transportation software.

- Previous experience with GPS/fleet tracking software is an advantage.

- Strong typing and data-entry skills with excellent accuracy.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dispatch environment.

- Previous trucking, fleet, logistics, or dispatch experience is preferred.

- Must be comfortable working evening/night shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
