We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations and ensure finished goods are dispatched accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per customer orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, transporters and drivers.
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, packing lists and e-way bills.
- Check dispatch quantity and documentation before loading.
- Coordinate vehicle placement and supervise safe loading.
- Maintain dispatch registers, vehicle details and daily reports.
- Monitor pending and delayed dispatches.
- Coordinate with stores/warehouse for stock availability.
- Report shortages, damages or discrepancies.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO, 5S, GMP, safety and company SOPs.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics or Stores.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/dispatch software.
- Knowledge of e-way bills and dispatch documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Manufacturing/packaging experience will be an advantage.
Salary: As per experience and suitability. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
