About the Role
We are looking for a dispatch executive to support our U.S. logistics and freight brokerage operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining dispatch records, working with carriers and internal teams, and ensuring timely movement and delivery of shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process daily shipments and dispatch orders.
- Assign and coordinate with carriers for shipment movement.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, tracking numbers, and shipment records.
- Monitor shipment status and support timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.
- Update and maintain dispatch documentation digitally.
- Identify and resolve shipment-related issues through effective coordination.
- Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day dispatch operations.
Requirements
- Experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage .
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications .
- A bachelor's/master's degree in supply chain, transportation management, or a related field is preferred.
