About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Manager to manage the day-to-day dispatch operations of our e-commerce business. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed, packed, manifested, and handed over to courier partners accurately and on time.

Prior experience with Unicommerce and dispatch operations for an e-commerce brand will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily processing and dispatch of e-commerce orders.
- Process orders through Unicommerce and coordinate order flow across marketplaces and the brand website.
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, manifests, and other dispatch documentation.
- Ensure correct products, sizes, quantities, and SKUs are packed against each order.
- Coordinate with the packing and warehouse team for smooth and timely dispatches.
- Manage courier handovers and coordinate with logistics partners for pickups.
- Monitor pending, unprocessed, cancelled, and failed orders.
- Maintain accurate dispatch and inventory-related records.
- Handle order discrepancies and resolve dispatch-related issues.




- Ensure dispatch SLAs and daily order targets are consistently met.
- Coordinate with customer support and other teams regarding order or shipment issues.
- Assist with returns/RTO reconciliation and inventory updates when required.
- Maintain an organized and efficient dispatch area.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations preferred.
- Experience using Unicommerce is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience handling dispatch operations for an e-commerce/D2C brand is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of courier aggregators, shipping processes, manifests, AWBs, returns, and RTOs.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer systems.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to identify order or inventory discrepancies.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work efficiently during high-volume periods.
- Responsible, punctual, organized, and capable of taking ownership of daily dispatch operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
