Accubic Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an active and reliable Dispatch & Packing Executive to join our team in Mohali. The candidate will be responsible for physical packing of goods, managing daily dispatches, document coordination, and stock maintenance for pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
Pack pharmaceutical items, cartons, and boxes securely as per transport and quality guidelines.
Label boxes accurately with shipping details, batch numbers, and destination addresses.
Manage incoming orders and prepare daily dispatch schedules.
Coordinate with courier companies, transport services, and manage LR/Bilty paperwork.
Prepare shipping invoices, delivery challans, and gate passes.
Maintain inventory registers, track dispatches, and update stock records.
Key Requirements
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (D.Pharm or B.Sc preferred).
Experience: 1 - 3 years in packing, dispatch, or logistics (Pharma industry experience is a plus).
Skills: Physical efficiency in handling stock packing, basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Billing), and robust coordination skills.
