Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented DDGS Sales Executive to develop and manage sales of Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles (DDGS) to animal feed manufacturers, poultry feed companies, dairy farms, cattle feed producers, traders, and other bulk buyers.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing accounts, negotiating prices, coordinating supplies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for DDGS in assigned markets.
- Identify and acquire new customers, including:
- Poultry feed manufacturers
- Cattle/dairy feed manufacturers
- Animal nutrition companies
- Feed ingredient traders
- Large dairy and poultry farms
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Generate regular enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Negotiate selling prices, payment terms, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market prices of DDGS, maize, soybean meal, and other competing feed ingredients.
- Track competitor activities and market demand.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, quality control, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Follow up on payments and maintain customer credit discipline.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and collect market feedback.
- Explain DDGS specifications, nutritional advantages,



quality parameters, and appropriate applications to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, sales orders, customer visits, and collections.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in DDGS, animal feed, feed ingredients, grain, ethanol by-products, or commodity sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the animal-feed industry and B2B sales.
- Existing contacts with feed mills, poultry/cattle feed manufacturers, traders, or institutional buyers will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop new markets and customers independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong follow-up and collection skills.
- Ability to work against sales and revenue targets.

Compensation Salary: 40000 to 50000 thousand per month

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
