We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Discovery Executive to join our growing Influencer Marketing team and help identify the right creators for brand campaigns.

? Job Role: Discovery Executive – Influencer Marketing

As a Discovery Executive, you will be responsible for researching and identifying relevant influencers and content creators based on campaign requirements, audience, engagement, location, niche, and content style.

? Key Responsibilities

- Research and discover influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Identify influencers based on campaign requirements, target audience, category, location, follower size, and content niche.
- Build and maintain accurate influencer databases.
- Analyse basic influencer metrics such as followers, engagement rate, content quality, audience demographics, and profile relevance.
- Shortlist suitable influencers for different brand campaigns.
- Track upcoming creators, social media trends, viral content, and emerging influencers.
- Coordinate with internal campaign and influencer marketing teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Maintain updated records of influencer profiles, contact details, rates, and campaign history.
- Ensure shortlisted influencers align with the brand's image and campaign objectives.
- Assist the team in preparing influencer lists and campaign reports.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and the evolving creator ecosystem.
