- Own and manage the end-to-end IT Disaster Recovery Program.

- Plan, schedule, and lead Disaster Recovery drills and exercises across infrastructure and applications.

- Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery policies, procedures, runbooks, and recovery plans.

- Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) reviews and align DR strategies with business requirements.

- Manage DR readiness, risk registers, RCA documentation, and corrective action tracking.

- Ensure successful closure of internal, external, regulatory, and compliance audits.

- Oversee backup and restoration processes, restoration drills, and offsite media management.

- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, business, and vendor teams for DR activities.

- Drive disaster recovery automation initiatives and continuous process improvements.

- Present ITDR status, risks, and readiness reports to senior management and governance committees.
