Role Description The Director role at Tek Ninjas is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Director will oversee strategic planning, execution, and delivery of technology consulting and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals. This role includes leading cross-functional teams, guiding project portfolios, and driving operational excellence in areas such as digital engineering, cloud, data, AI, and intelligent automation.

The Director will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage budgets and resource allocation,



and establish governance frameworks to ensure quality, compliance, and risk management. Day-to-day responsibilities involve mentoring leaders, strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to business development and thought leadership.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in technology consulting, digital services, or IT services, with responsibility for strategy, delivery, and team management.

- Strong background in digital transformation domains such as digital engineering, application modernization, cloud and infrastructure, and intelligent automation.

- Experience working with data, analytics, and AI solutions, including translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.

- Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise clients across industries like banking, financial services, healthcare, retail, telecom, or public sector.

- Expertise in operations management, including budgeting, forecasting, performance metrics, and process improvement.

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.

- Track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks relevant to large enterprises.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area
