What You'll Do

✅ Lead the Software Engineering organization across Ecommerce, Mobile, API & Integration, Cloud, Reliability, Security, and Quality Engineering.

✅ Define and drive multi-year engineering strategy and platform roadmaps.

✅ Champion cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven architectures.

✅ Establish engineering excellence through secure coding, CI/CD, test automation, observability, and delivery governance.

✅ Build and mentor high-performing engineering leadership teams.

✅ Drive responsible AI adoption and AI-assisted engineering practices across the organization.

What We're Looking For

✔️ 15 years of software engineering experience with significant leadership exposure.

✔️ Proven experience building and scaling large multi-team engineering organizations.





✔️ Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, API-first architecture, and large-scale digital platforms.

✔️ Solid background in engineering operations, organizational design, budget ownership, vendor management, and engineering governance.

✔️ Passion for innovation, modernization, and AI-driven engineering transformation.
