Role Description The Director at HR Experts will lead strategic initiatives that align people practices with client business objectives, translating corporate strategies into clear, actionable programs. This full-time role, based in office in Siliguri, involves overseeing client engagements, guiding HR consulting projects, and ensuring high-quality delivery across talent management, performance, and engagement solutions.

The Director will collaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders, provide thought leadership on people strategy, and mentor internal teams to strengthen capabilities and consistency of service. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project plans, monitoring outcomes,



managing key relationships, driving continuous improvement, and representing HR Experts in strategic discussions and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in HR leadership or consulting, including people strategy, organizational development, and change management.
- Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into practical HR programs, processes, and initiatives that drive measurable business results.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, executive communication, and relationship building with clients and internal teams.
- Experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and recommend evidence-based solutions.
- Comfort working on-site in Siliguri and engaging directly with clients and colleagues in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in HR consulting or advisory roles and familiarity with diverse industries will be considered beneficial.
