We are currently hiring for "Director Marketing and Growth" with a leading D2C startup based out of Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:-
● Drive sales and revenue for the company, owning the P&L; for the company.
● This will involve leading the marketplaces, website, driving retention, building relationships with platform partners among other things.
● Own branding and marketing initiatives for the company by developing deep consumer understanding, building long and short term strategies around communication/content and get them executed.
You’re a Outstanding Fit If You Have
● 8–12 years of experience in generating sales via growth marketing initiatives preferably in consumer brands.
● Solid experience in understanding and building brands, consumer, and driving brand marketing initiatives.
● Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
