Role Description The Director Global Infrastructure Intelligence and Strategic Partnerships is a full time, on-site role based in Fetakgomo Tubatse. This position leads the global strategy and execution of infrastructure intelligence initiatives, aligning GeoIntelliX Global’s solutions with the needs of governments, infrastructure owners, and institutional stakeholders. The director oversees the design and integration of decision frameworks, data governance models, and technology solutions that support climate resilience, AI-driven predictive intelligence, and secure infrastructure information.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, developing strategic partnerships with public and private sector organizations,



guiding major projects from conception through delivery, and ensuring alignment with institutional capability-building and research activities. The role also includes monitoring emerging trends in infrastructure, information technology, and cyber resilience, and translating these into actionable strategies and programs for GeoIntelliX Global and its clients.

Qualifications

- Strong background in infrastructure strategy and governance, with experience working on critical infrastructure projects or advisory engagements.
- Advanced knowledge of information technology and digital systems relevant to infrastructure intelligence, including data platforms and AI-driven solutions.
- Demonstrated team leadership capabilities, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and operations.
- Proficiency in network security and cyber resilience practices to protect critical infrastructure information and ensure trusted data environments.
- Proven project management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships with governmental bodies, institutional investors, and industry organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive-level audiences and international stakeholders.
- Relevant advanced degree in engineering, infrastructure planning, public policy, information technology, business, or a related discipline is highly beneficial.
