Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define and own the front-end architecture strategy for large-scale web platforms built on ReactJS and micro-frontend patterns.

- Lead engineering teams across multiple workstreams and ensure consistent delivery standards across the UI platform.

- Drive technical decisions around module federation, shared component architecture, and front-end integration patterns.

- Partner with product, architecture, and SRE teams to align delivery priorities and platform roadmaps.

- Establish engineering practices that improve code quality, release readiness, and platform reliability.

Skills Required:

- 14 to 17 years of overall experience,



including 5+ years in a Director-level leadership role.

- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, and modern front-end architecture.

- Deep architecture ownership for micro-frontends and module federation in enterprise-scale environments.

- Experience leading large engineering organizations and delivering complex platform initiatives.

- Strong understanding of front-end scalability, integration patterns, and UI platform governance.

Positive to Have

- People management experience across large, distributed engineering teams.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
