Key roles and responsibilities

- Executing and managing projects: Play a key role in executing forecasting and analytics delivery and consulting projects by leveraging solid techno-functional forecasting skills: developing trend, epi/patient based forecasts leveraging wide variety of standard datasets, effective analytics and insights, crafting compelling stories and narratives

- Leading a team of SMEs: Functionally leading the team of senior managers and managers to incorporate industry leading best practices into forecasting services and solutions as well working with them to enable data driven and actionable insights for achieving strategic and tactical goals of our customers

- Managing account/stakeholders: Actively engage with stakeholders to manage standard and complex projects by leveraging subject matter expertise and effective client relationships. Pro-actively drive discussions on key projects, initiatives and help in co-creating and validating assumptions and forecasts to drive informed decisions

- Integrating primary and secondary intelligence: Discover, define and develop robust data based granular assumptions for accurately modelling the market, treatment, competitor and product dynamics as well quantifying risks and opportunities to aid key business decisions

- Productization of processes and services: Drive creation of modules and frameworks to simplify and automate processes with the help of state of the art tools and technologies to ensure standardization, reusability and scalability; focus on developing quality checklists etc.





- Scaling up forecasting capabilities Demonstrate thought partnership and play a key role in building the future vision for forecasting CoE, expanding our footprint across, support leadership in building future talent and enabling cutting-edge solutions

- Driving tech-based solutions/products: Be key in developing new products and platforms leveraging state of the art technologies by collaborating with a team of x-functional experts, customers and industry partners

- Spearheading BD initiatives: Create capability presentations and new solution pitches for effectively supporting business growth and continuously help improve our value proposition by bringing strong stories of customer value and impact

- Co-creating innovation: Co-lead innovation with in the function to build new solutions and pivot capabilities and in the process accelerate the path from experimentation to execution by deploying agile and having product mindset

- Developing talent: Steer talent development initiatives and support talent management and retention; Drive functional level onboarding, training as well mentor and coach associates; Effectively partner with functional and business LT to develop skills and capabilities

- Forecasting powerhouse:



Strongly demonstrate advanced expertise on competencies by supporting engagements and projects with needs for patient based/patient-flow forecasting for diverse markets and brands, advanced modelling, risks and opportunity analysis, Montecarlo simulations, forecast storyboards, LCM strategy projects and tools, BD&L; forecasts & assessments, country market/corporate forecasts, channel/account based forecasts

Key Skills

- Deep understanding of oncology/immunology/virology disease areas and indications

- Strong technical and functional expertise in analytics and inline & pipeline forecasting with specialized skills in creating models using epi and trend based approaches

- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders for diverse forecasting needs: Strategic/long range planning, budget/tactical planning, Sales & Ops. Planning, Business Development & Licensing etc.

- Proven capabilities in leveraging primary market research and secondary data analytics to answer key LT and stakeholder business questions; broad experience in analytics/CI/PMR

- Knowledge of quintessential US, RE and Global pharma datasets: Ex – IQVIA, DRG etc.

- Expert understanding of industry standard forecasting platforms, tools and technologies

- Ability to motivate and inspire teams, individuals working on projects and products
