YOUR IMPACT

Your work will bring together core Finance platforms and operations with strategic planning, firm economics, and Finance intelligence. You will establish a coherent strategy across the entire portfolio while developing, mentoring, and empowering strong product, platform, and domain leaders within your organization. You will hold direct accountability for the mission-critical capabilities that run the firm today while architecting and shaping the next generation of connected, intelligent, and trusted Finance experiences. You will simplify complex technology estates, modernize core platforms, reinforce governance and controls, elevate user experience, and enable Finance and firm leadership to make faster, better-informed decisions.

At the core of your responsibilities is the firm’s enterprise SAP Finance ecosystem—anchored by SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Analytics Cloud—together with adjacent Finance products, foundational data assets, and planning and performance capabilities. You will set the direction across end-to-end Finance operations, encompassing Record to Report, Expense to Reimburse, Procure to Pay, Time Management, and specialized tax domains including Corporate, Partner, Transferee, and Employment Tax. Your oversight also extends across Treasury, Partner Capital, partner loans and advances, carbon accounting, operational insights, and the surrounding ecosystem of financial technology products.

Simultaneously, you will spearhead planning, performance, and advanced Finance intelligence across the firm. You will oversee firm-wide planning and forecasting, firm economics, and granular performance reporting across Cells, Sectors, Industries, and Capabilities, ensuring clear and authoritative reporting to senior leadership and executive committees. Your organization will deliver decision support, robust analytics, and authoritative Finance data products with rigorous definitions, interpretation, and data governance.

In parallel, you will pioneer AI-enabled insights, conversational Finance interfaces, and governed agentic workflows that redefine financial operations.

Operating at the strategic intersection of Finance, Optimize, and enterprise AI, you will maximize the ERP core and execute a disciplined approach that optimizes Run to fund Grow.



You will steer the product architecture toward an MCP-first future aligned with Unified Data Fabric principles and governed AI frameworks, supporting the broader Technology Ecosystem. Your leadership will deliver measurable impact by eliminating administrative load, accelerating operational efficiency, strengthening internal and external compliance and security, and unlocking value-based delivery across every financial workflow.

In doing so, you will champion a unified, intuitive experience for Partners, firm colleagues, Finance professionals, FIT and FP&A; teams, and Cell and Regional leaders, while partnering closely with the Internal CFO, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, and Technology Ecosystem leadership.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

- 17+ years of relevant experience in enterprise technology, product leadership, platform modernization, or large-scale business transformation
- Experience leading complex, multi-product portfolios in global, matrixed organizations, with accountability for strategy, execution, stakeholder alignment, people leadership and measurable value realization
- Strong enterprise Finance technology experience, including meaningful exposure to core Finance processes such as Record to Report, Expense, Procure to Pay, Tax, Treasury, Partner Finance, Planning, Forecasting and Performance Management
- ERP and enterprise platform leadership experience, with the ability to set direction across large Finance platforms, make architecture and investment trade-offs, simplify the estate and improve platform reliability, resilience, controls and cost
- Product leadership discipline, including experience defining product strategy, end-to-end journeys, roadmaps, OKRs, prioritization, adoption, user experience and value measurement
- Deep domain expertise in Tax, Treasury, Partner Capital or FP&A; with experience in qualified services, partnership-based organizations or similar matrixed global environments
- Transformation and simplification mindset, with a track record of rationalizing products, reducing technical debt, improving operating models and creating capacity to shift from Run to Grow
- Data, analytics and AI fluency, with the ability to shape practical use cases for Finance intelligence, trusted data products, GenAI / LLM-enabled experiences or automation while maintaining governance, security, controls and auditability
- Senior stakeholder influence and people leadership, with demonstrated ability to partner with and influence Finance, business and Technology leaders who may have competing priorities
- Deep experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Experience with Anaplan, enterprise planning platforms, or performance management tools
- Executive communication and judgment, including structured thinking, storytelling, decision-making under ambiguity and the ability to create clarity across a broad and complex portfolio
