Minimum Qualification: A Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, Autonomous Systems, or a closely aligned advanced defense discipline.

ANCONS Aerospace Educational Foundation proposes to establish for India's elite private Aerospace University inside Bharat Future City, Shamshabad. This is a closed-loop syndicate designed, funded, and steered exclusively by the aviation and aerospace sector.

A. Mandatory Academic & Skilled Profile To anchor the strategic and technical credibility of the foundation, the candidate must possess:

- Academic Foundation: A Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, Autonomous Systems, or a closely aligned advanced defense discipline.
- Experience Tier: A minimum of 10+ years of distinguished experience as a full Professor in a university system OR 10+ years of senior executive leadership (such as Director, VP, or Chief Scientist) inside a premier aerospace corporate entity or sovereign research agency.
- Domain Standing: A strong portfolio of scholarly or patented aerospace contributions combined with proven administrative acumen in managing complex, high-stakes institutional, multi-stakeholder, or cross-border collaborations.

B. Core Execution Mandates (Getting the Foundation on Track)

The Director will serve as the primary executive driver responsible for moving the foundation from concept to operational launch of the university. The immediate mandates include:

- Sovereign & State Department Liaison: Build and maintain direct lines of communication with the State Education Department, Technical Education Commissionerate,



and relevant regulatory bodies to seamlessly guide the foundation through state compliance frameworks, technical education clearances, and departmental briefings.
- Industry Syndicate Engagement: Act as the primary technical and executive bridge to the founders, CEOs, and visionaries of the aviation and aerospace industry. The Director will engage these industry captains to align interests, establish sector-wide buy-in, and integrate real-world operational needs directly into the foundation's strategic roadmap.
- Master Vision Document Authoring: Spearhead the research, structuring, and final compilation of the Master Vision Document for the setting up of the proposed aerospace university. This comprehensive blueprint must integrate global benchmarking standards, advanced pedagogical structures, and cutting-edge research parameters.
- Working Committee Architecture: Coordinate, activate, and streamline the functions of the 18 specialized academic and infrastructure working committees, ensuring that the specialized insights of industry experts are seamlessly synthesized into the foundation's strategic output.
- International Alliance Exploration: Serve as the chief academic and technical representative in negotiations and exploratory frameworks with premier US Research Universities to map out global benchmarking across curriculum development, advanced faculty training, and shared deep-tech research areas.

C. Institutional Objectives The Director’s immediate focus is to establish the private aerospace university as a premier institutional platform, transforming the high-level consensus of state authorities and industry titans into a structured, executable roadmap for advanced aerospace talent development.
