About Acare

Acare is a home healthcare service provider offering professional home nursing, patient care, elder care, baby care, physiotherapy, and other healthcare support services.

We are looking for an experienced direct marketing manager to develop and manage offline marketing activities, generate new customer inquiries, build local partnerships, and promote A-Care's home healthcare services.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and execute direct marketing activities to generate new customer enquiries.
- Develop local marketing strategies for promoting home healthcare services.
- Identify potential customers, business partners, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other relevant organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with local referral partners.
- Conduct field visits and meet potential customers and business partners.
- Promote A-Care's home nursing, patient care, elder care, baby care, physiotherapy, and other services.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals, networking, and local promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the telecalling and operations teams for lead follow-ups.
- Track marketing leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Monitor the performance of direct marketing activities and prepare regular reports.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition in Thanjavur and nearby areas.
- Manage and guide marketing team members when required.




- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct marketing, field marketing, sales, or business development required.
- Experience in healthcare, home healthcare, hospital, insurance, or other service-based industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of the local market and customer acquisition methods.
- Ability to build relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, organizations, and local businesses.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage field marketing activities independently.
- Comfortable with local travel and field visits.
- Good knowledge of Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain marketing reports.
- Target-oriented and result-focused approach.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
